Terms of Sales

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and the provision of services by ANENI L.P.

All contracts and transactions between ANENI L.P. and the buyer shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

These terms and conditions do not affect the buyer's statutory rights under English and Welsh law.

Products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order.

All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.

All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service at our discretion.

The buyer shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any order.

Payment shall be due before the delivery of the goods.

Risk in goods will pass to the buyer upon delivery.

Title to goods will pass to the buyer once full payment has been received.

We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, however caused.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
